- MAMohammad AyubFeb 11, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Bass Pro Shops Tswwasssen. I purchased a Pedersoli Boarbuster Mark II and discovered the rear sight was missing right out of the box. I brought this to the store’s attention right away, and dealt with the manager, Julie Sanders. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was being treated with suspicion over a very small missing part. Her demeanor made me feel like she doubted my honesty rather than trying to help resolve the issue. I was asked to provide photos, which I did by email right away. After following up, I was told they were “waiting to hear back from the manufacturer”, with no timeline and no real effort to move things forward or offer a solution. Out of frustration, I contacted the manufacturer myself. They responded in under 12 hours, confirmed the issue, and within 48 hours had already shipped the missing rear sight via UPS with a tracking number. Problem solved, without any help from the retailer. It’s pretty concerning when the manufacturer provides faster and better customer service than the store that sold the product. For an issue this small, the process should not have been this difficult or uncomfortable. Based on this experience, don’t expect much post-sale support here.
