- ZZZJMar 28, 20262.0Extremely disappointed with the recent magazine giveaway promotion at this location. I brought in the magazine cutout for the free "3in1 Tropical Toucan (30688)" polybag. The promotion clearly states it runs from March 16 to April 16. I visited on March 28—not even two weeks into the month-long promo—only to be told they were completely out of stock. Instead of the 59-piece set, the staff just handed me a random, loose minifigure. I understand the "while supplies last" disclaimer, but running out of stock this quickly for a month-long event shows terrible inventory planning. It’s incredibly frustrating to make a special trip to the mall just for this, especially when I see people online easily getting the actual Toucan set. The staff was polite, but the store's stock allocation for these events needs serious improvement so families don't leave disappointed.

The staff do not push you to buy a product or get you out of there quickly, instead they will subtly give you details about the product you are looking at. The prices are high of course for what you're getting but that's at all lego stores. There is usually enough stock of new product waves from what I've seen. Usually pretty busy.
