I then discovered that the previous cashier had given me the wrong information. The reward was supposed to be used within one month, but I had been told it was valid for three months. Because of that mistake, the $20 reward had already expired. Thanks to the help of the two staff members, Shubash and Gwcnoor, the issue was resolved very quickly, and I was able to successfully use the reward. I am truly grateful for their professional and friendly service. They really made my experience a positive one.
