- NPneelkumar patel3 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut on February 22, 2026 around 4 PM. I went to return sunglasses with my receipt, and according to company policy returns can be done at any location. However, the staff member was very uncooperative and kept questioning why I came to this store when I bought the sunglasses from Metrotown instead of Guildford. This should not matter if the policy allows returns at any location. He also refused to process both returns and said he could only do one, which sounded like an excuse rather than a real reason. His attitude was rude and not customer-friendly. Instead of helping, he made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I expect better customer service from Sunglass Hut. Staff should follow company policy and treat customers respectfully. Very disappointed with the service.
