Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Bad customer service. They cut the phone while you talk if you need to exchange something. They cut off the phone 3 times. I barely talked 30 seconds when they found i needed to exchange they cut the call. Very bad service.

We made a return for a couple of items here and they missed a piece of clothing during the return.
Luckily Abigail was able to assist us and help resolve the issue. She went through and found the missing transaction and resolved our problem at the end!

Sold me a fake product ..... yes you heard me some how a fake Lululemon backpack was sold to me. How it was on the floor and paid for and not one person thought hm that's strange this isn't real is truly insane. This shows the lack of regard and integrity this store has. I will attach photos below of the "backpack" that was sold to me. So disappointing. if I didn't go to another store to exchange it I would have never knew please train your staff properly this is genuinely insane the lulu tag didn't even scan. Hopefully a manger will reach out with a reasonable solution.
