- JNJag NagraOct 27, 20255.0Hadn't shopped at American Eagle in decades, probably, but went in to check out their jeans in Guildford with my wife. Amazing customer service, and hadn't gotten that kind of attention at a store in a long time. I wish I had thought to ask her name, but the woman working there was helpful starting fitting rooms for us, and then was super attentive checking in often, bringing more sizes, and suggesting other cuts of jeans that would be more flattering/better fitting. Great experience and helpful having someone there to run things by. To the managers: we came in Sunday Oct 26, around 2pm...give that woman a raise! There was another woman folding clothes in the fitting room at the same time who also was friendly and helpful offering tips.
- DDDesireeSep 22, 20255.0I had an amazing experience here just over two weeks ago, I’ve been meaning to write a review but I came in with absolutely no idea what I was looking for but just knowing I needed new jeans… I have never wear jeans from American Eagle and Didn’t think I would like them but Angely (hope I spelt that right) Sezeen and Sabeeka Were amazing. They allowed me to try on probably 10 pairs of jeans maybe more… They were so patient and help me pick which ones looked best, Literally treated me like gold! Seriously best service.

She was helping us get different sizes non stop. Recommending different styles that we were describing. The plan of going in to try to find a pair of jeans that fit well turned out to us buying 4 pairs that fit so well. We will definitely be back to shop at this store due to our exceptional service from Sabeeka and Selvana.
