  I was excited to have an Aerie store opening near me and was excited when the combo store opened in Guildford. My first visit in and the store looks great. The customer experience horrible! At least 6 people in the Aerie side all standing around talking and not one person said hello. I was in fact interrupting the social gathering. Today I thought I'd give it another visit and again lots of staff and not one person said hello in either side. Over 6 people again, chatting amongst themselves, swearing, and not one person helping a single customer. Save yourself the trip and order on line.

  The manager is extremely rude, she barely understands English. Get a manger that will actually understand proper English. Would give zero stars if I could.

  I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how impressed I was with the team at your store today. Aveleen at the front counter greeted me with genuine warmth the moment I walked in, answered my questions with a smile, and made the whole checkout process smooth and pleasant. Then Arya on the floor went above and beyond—he patiently helped me track down everything on my list, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into an actually enjoyable one. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made my day; you’ve got two absolute superstars in Aveleen and Arya—please let them know they’re appreciated!
