- WWwj5 days ago5.05 Stars A small but incredibly friendly LEGO store! What sets them apart are the three dedicated play areas inside—my kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. The staff here are wonderful; they actually took the time to chat with my children and showed them their latest LEGO builds. It’s a very welcoming environment for families. Highly recommend!
- JXJessica XuApr 11, 20262.0Very disappointing experience at the LEGO Store. A staff member threw LEGO pieces over my child’s head while we were about to pick them up. This felt unsafe and unprofessional, especially in a store meant for children.
- JJJeff JayApr 9, 20265.0Lego store @ Richmond Centre - very easily accessible by transit, and also mall parking if you drive - Store is staffed well - and is quite clean, staff is super friendly , and won't hesitate to let you know of any deals. - Also offered to order something in if wasn't available in store. Selection was good - and pretty well stocked. Picked up a few things - can't really say if it was good value or not, as that depends on the buyer, personally I think prices were fair on the products I chose. Also grabbed a Lego passport, and got the location stamp in there, hopefully will get a chance to fill that thing up.

- VWVicky WApr 1, 20265.0We often shop at this LEGO store. It was really great a few years ago, but over the past two years the service went downhill, with little to no greeting or acknowledgement. Recently, however, it has been great again. The store has brought back its fun and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it’s always busy, the team really tries to make sure each customer feels welcomed and helped. Alaster provided excellent service, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better for us.
