I tried returning to this store the Oakley sunglasses (SKU OO9200-09) I bought from Sunglass Hut in McArthurGlen since it's nearer my place. To my surprise, the lady store personnel refused to accept the return citing that there's a small chip (or break) in the left lens. I tried "feeling" the edges of the lens but found no defect on it. I had to go to the outlet Sunglass Hut where the return was accepted with less hassle. So if you plan on buying a nice pair of sunglasses but not sure if you made the final choice, think twice about dealing with this Sunglass Hut inside Richmond Centre. You might find it very difficult to make legitimate return to this store.
