  I got a bad experience here. Service agents, they don’t have service mind at all. It felt like they were judging customers based on appearance and assuming I couldn’t afford to buy anything, so they didn’t pay attention to me. Even though I was the only customer in the store, I was completely ignored. Actually i planned to buy a new luggage here cuz my old one was broken, but I chose not to buy anything because I didn’t want them to get any commission from my purchase. I don’t recommend to visit this store.!!!!

  This store has the nicest staff in the whole outlet mall. We came to get luggages for our Japan trip, and the new staff named Bryan told us to come back for the upcoming sales instead of letting us pay the original price.

  There is one female customer representative who sounds pretty rude , and really bad customer services in samsonite. For sure sill be returning my bag and giving feedback to the lady who was being all judgmental

  The store is not able to do repair as indicated on the website, I dealt with Ellen who took the time to help us out to resolve the issue. Thanks Ellen for the awesome customer service.
