    Here to add to the poor reviews about their customer service. Bought a few items over the weekend and the girl at the counter literally threw down the receipt and said “have a nice day” while looking at her nails or someplace random. I was shocked at how rude most salespeople were at this location. If you’re able to make it out to the tsawwassen mills location, the prices are cheaper and you’ll have a MUCH better shopping experience.

    Great store with a really nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. The quality of the clothes is solid, and everything is well organized. Overall, a very good shopping experience — I’ll definitely come back.

    I am very disappointed with the attitude and handling of the situation by the store manager and staff. I accidentally left my Invisalign cleaning box in the store and called shortly afterward. One of the employees informed me that they would keep the item for up to two days so that I could retrieve it. Based on this information, I asked my mother to go to the store the following day to pick it up. However, when she arrived, the staff told her that the item had already been thrown away. When I contacted the store again, I was told to follow up with customer service and was informed that it was not their responsibility to keep lost items and that there was no such rule about holding them. If the employee had not told me that the item would be kept for two days, I would not have asked my mother to spend several hours traveling on public transit to retrieve it. The lack of consistency and accountability in the communication from the staff was extremely frustrating. In addition, the manager’s response and overall attitude raised concerns about the level of professionalism, staff training, and leadership in the store. Customers should be able to rely on clear and responsible communication from store employees, especially when a manager is involved. I hope the company takes this matter seriously and reviews the store’s customer service standards and management practices.

    Dear Ralph Lauren Customer Service / Store Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Polo store. Today I visited the store with the intention of purchasing Polo clothing and planned to use a discount coupon. However, the staff repeatedly refused to accept the coupon for different reasons. First, they stated that a photo of the coupon could not be used. Then they said a coupon forwarded by email from a family member was also not acceptable. Throughout the interaction, it felt as though the staff were looking for reasons to reject the coupon rather than trying to assist the customer. As a result, I made a special trip to the store but left without making a purchase, which was very disappointing. As a customer, I believe a premium brand should provide not only quality products but also a professional and consistent customer experience. If there are clear rules regarding coupon usage, they should be communicated transparently instead of being handled inconsistently in store. I would appreciate it if you could: 1. Clarify the store policy regarding coupon usage 2. Review the service provided by the store staff 3. Provide an explanation and steps for improvement I have always viewed Polo / Ralph Lauren as a brand that values both quality and service, and I hope to see a more professional and customer-friendly experience in the future.
