  Whenever you visit this store, make sure to ask for Sonam—she’s incredibly helpful, polite, and always goes the extra mile to assist customers. She has great product knowledge and patiently answers all your questions without rushing you. Her positive attitude and friendly nature really make the shopping experience much better. Honestly, customer service like this is rare these days. Highly recommend connecting with her if you need any help!

  I had an amazing experience at Movado thanks to Sonam. She helped me choose a watch for myself and even assisted me in picking the perfect one for my mom, without my mom being there!
