  ANJELA was on the top of everything. I came to just try on some glasses without the intention of buying anything. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have bought 2 pairs of sunglasses. I am amazed by her tremendous service skills and handling 3 customers all at once. She deserves a raise.

  Decided to try on a pair of AI sunglasses at the SGH store. Angela and her team greeted my family and me right away and let us try out different styles. Angela was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave great recommendations about the product, its features, and warranty. Even though I already planned to buy the sunglasses, I never felt any pressure to purchase. Angela and her team were fantastic, highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a pair for yourself or your family.

  What happened to the old manager? The older South African guy was so helpful and great with customer service. I don’t know who’s replaced him but I haven’t had the same helpful experience there since he’s left

  My experience at the Richmond sunglasses hut was very unpleasant. They were very rude to the customers beside me as she kept telling them she got her sunglasses there and they were not helping her what so ever. They were even being very rude to me and I will not be returning.
