    Sabreen was such a pleasure to work with! I was looking for a nice formal shirt for a presentation for work. She took the time to understood my goal and we worked together for the perfect outfit! I will for sure be coming back and asking her for help. I definitely recommend when you come here to ask for Sabreen and you will have a great experience!

    I am giving one star just because ofcustomer service. They think that they are giving best service by sticking with the customer. Buddies! Let the customers explore by themselves. If they need you , they will call you . The way you are sticking with customer wherever they go , you are followingthem--- this is not an appropriate service . You are making us uncomfortable to explore the things. Request to manager please dont make them do this . This is a good brand but things like this make customer feel unsatisfied. I visited there 4 times and this happened everytime. I saw one customer was also saying this to the attendant that ' i can explore by myself , give me a space please' but they were doing the same thing. I am gonna go to another outlet from next time .. its worst !!!!

    I wanted to buy a few items as gifts. The salesperson told me I could purchase four, but at checkout a blonde woman who looked like a manager said I could only buy two. Please clarify and unify your policies so customers’ time isn’t wasted.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Yesterday, I went to this store to help a friend buy some clothes. We were on a video call selecting items, and at no point did any staff member come over to tell us this was not allowed. Yet, my account was labeled as a reseller account and immediately locked, preventing me from making a purchase. I was told to write an email to appeal. The company’s response was also very basic and dismissive. Throughout the entire process, I felt disrespected and ignored. I have been a customer at this store for ten years, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I will not return in the future. Suggestion for the store/brand: If reselling is not allowed, the policy should be clearly posted at the store entrance so that everyone—whether reselling or not—knows the rules. Note for customers: Avoid selecting items over phone or video calls while in the store, as staff may mark your account as a reseller even if you are not. 如果有0星,我会给这家店或者这个品牌0星,昨天我去帮朋友买两件衣服,我们打了视频电话挑款,期间没有员工过来提醒不允许这样,后来他们竟然把我标志成代购,直接封锁我的账号,让我写邮件去申诉,并且不让我消费,非常粗鲁,后来我就写邮件,他们公司的处理方式也是非常简单粗暴,整个过程我感觉没有被尊重,非常敷衍,我光顾这间店十年了,以后不会再来了。 给该店铺或者品牌一个建议,既然不欢迎代购,就应该把条款贴在大门上让每个人都知道,让是或者不是代购的都知道。 给顾客一些建议,不要在店里打电话或者视频选款式,会被他们锁账户,据说那天上午锁了好几个
