  I had an amazing experience at Movado thanks to Sonam. She helped me choose a watch for myself and even assisted me in picking the perfect one for my mom, without my mom being there! She was patient, knowledgeable, and really understood what I was looking for. Her suggestions were thoughtful and spot on. The whole experience felt smooth and personal. Thank you, Sonam, for making it such a great experience. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit Movado!

  Candy had outstanding service helping my boyfriend and I find beautiful watch’s today! She was very friendly and quick with sizing our watches to a perfect fit. I definitely recommend visiting this location for great customer service and deals!!

  I recently made a purchase from Movado at McArthur, and Sonam was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. I ended up returning the next day to exchange the watch because I changed my mind, and she was there again to assist me with the new purchase. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional hospitality!
