Looked through the windows and it was completely empty. Should be ashamed of the business they’re running and this disrespect seems to be a recurring pattern.

Instead of speaking with respect and say welcome, he started to talk with disrespectful tone of voice. He said you are not allowed to enter with food. I said I don't have food, I have paper and I kept it in hand so I don't throw on ground. He said no food inside, I said you are not listening this is not food only a paper. He said i don't care, go put it in bin to let you in. I said this is not a way to talk to a customer coming to a high quality store!! I am not going and coming back. He said as you like you can't come in. I said I won't want to come into a store with such bad behavior at door. The company will lose customers because of you. So management should deal with this guy to train him on communication skills. The best person with communication skills must be at door, it's the identity image of the store, it's the first impression for customers. My family and friends are loyal customers to Rolex around the world. This is so shameful for Rolex.
