  Dear Polo Ralph Lauren Head Office, I am writing as a senior manager from a major downtown fashion company, and I witnessed an appalling incident at your store today, February 15th, around 3 p.m. I saw a woman, a customer, who was left in tears after being severely mistreated by a male staff member wearing a light jacket, whose name I do not know. I witnessed this woman approach him calmly, seeking help as a mother of two small children, one of whom was visibly ill. Shockingly, he dismissed her with a cold, rude tone. When she asked why he was treating her so badly, he refused to respond. I saw her crying alone in the corner, utterly broken by this callous treatment. After she left, still sobbing, she told me how much pain this caused her, and I can attest that she was genuinely distressed. What astonished me even more was that when another woman entered—whom I believe to be his boss—this same man completely changed his behavior. He became excessively polite, calm, and accommodating. This discriminatory favoritism is a gross violation of any basic customer service code and, frankly, a legal breach. As a business leader, I demand immediate action. I insist that the head office pull the store’s security footage from today and take swift, decisive disciplinary measures. This kind of cruel, unequal treatment cannot stand, and I expect the head office manager to contact me immediately, detailing the steps taken under the law. This kind of mistreatment must never happen again.

The staff were polite and gave me space, but were ready when I had a question about sizes or colours. I tried a few things and could tell the quality felt strong and smooth. When I left with my purchase, I felt happy and confident, like I found something special without spending too much. I would tell friends this is a good place to shop if you want something fashionable and practical at the same time.

  Pathetic staff don't help; they just give a lame excuse. They don't bother to look at the article. They give me a damaged item and, rather than exchange it, simply say to go get my refund. Wasted my time and money.
