  extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional staff. I got in asking for a specific bag and the Asian male staff at the front door came across as condescending. The conversation made us feel uncomfortable in their store and we were dissapointed

  I had a perfect experience shopping there, the staff was friendly but not pushing and they know the products well. I purchased a bag and I’m happy. Good sales too.

  Such a weird experience. Went in yesterday and there were at least 2 people livestreaming in Chinese, showing the bags right in the store. Super awkward trying to shop while they’re filming, with laptops out and the whole place feeling hectic. Honestly, events like that should happen before opening or after closing. It was uncomfortable and really inconvenient for anyone just trying to browse.

  The customer service I received today July 2nd 2025 was unimaginable . Who goes up to a customer, while the customer is looking at a bag and asks for it because the other customer wants to buy it . Totally taken a back , and was shocked in the moment, I gave the bag to her . I walked around just mind boggled that this happened to me . I told the the other associate/ manager there and I told him of the above situation, he was apologetic and asked if I wanted to see the bag , I looked up and the sales girl at the till looked at me and I said , no . I just wanted to let them know that it’s not professional. Usually I am one to stand up for myself and this took me for a full 360 confused . Partially my fault I could have told her in my own words that’s unprofessional . I gave 2 stars because the mgr / associate (sorry I don’t know his position) was more empathetic . These associates definitely need more training but really should be common sense.
