When I asked about online receipts they said it's on request which all other stores asks that if you want online receipts or paper. Product is amazing service is bad.

This brand has to be the best shoe for anyone on there feet all day. In total now I have purchased 6 pairs over the years and just picked up two more from this location. Vas today was awesome as he knew the brand very well and personally loved Cole Haan himself. Its always great recieveing exceptional customer by somebody who truly loves what there selling. Always first check the back clearance wall as you may find some OS grand or Zero grand shoes around the $100 to $150 mark which is an amazing deal for the quality of shoes being originally priced at over $300. I have recommended this brand and location to numerous people in my business profession as comfy dress/casual business shoes are really hard to find these days. Once again thank you for the laughs today Vas and hope to buy from you again!
