- TTTanya TangFeb 23, 20261.0This is the most disgusting store I’ve ever encountered. I bought a pair of shoes one day and went back the next day to return them, but they refused. They insisted that I had worn them outdoors, which is absolutely not true. The shoes were not damaged at all. The staff had a terrible attitude, and the overall service in the store was lazy and unprofessional.

Could not get money back because their machine kept refusing the same card shown in the receipt!!! So because of their machine fault I had to be forced to buy from them again! What is worse is that I spoke to customer service on phone and was told that they can not help with anything and their only business is online purchases ( practically no costumer support ) Not happy with Cole Haan system

When I asked about online receipts they said it's on request which all other stores asks that if you want online receipts or paper. Product is amazing service is bad.
