Very upset experience today at the The Cosmetics Company Store. I usually shop here a few times per year. Today the sales lady called me “old sister” in Chinese mandarin language, I am
Much younger than her!!! And I actually look 100 times younger than her too…. I think I will not shop there again!! I bought something tonight on sales.

This outlet has the best outdoor kids’ playground in the city! It’s fully covered with a canopy, bright, and even has music playing from the mall, so it feels fun and welcoming in any weather. It’s honestly the only reliable outdoor place for kids to play in the winter. Huge thanks to McArthurGlen for creating such an amazing space for families!

I visited today and was really disappointed. The washrooms were dirty and smelled terrible you could even smell it from outside, which is unacceptable for such a nice-looking, “fancy” mall. This isn’t the first time we’ve noticed how dirty the washrooms are, so it seems like an ongoing issue.
If we’re spending money here, the facilities should be properly cleaned and maintained. Also, it feels like there aren’t any real deals anymore , most stores are selling at full price, so it doesn’t really feel like an outlet mall anymore. Please do better with the cleanliness and management.

Somewhere between the roar of departing jets and the soft hum of a credit card machine, you'll find McArthurGlen Designer Outlet.
It's a gleaming temple to consumerism and it's tucked right next to YVR Airport. As you head to your flight, the mythical siren's whisper, "You've got an hour before your flight... why not?" and drags your sorry wallet into the fray.
This place is vast. Rows upon rows of stores -- the usual suspects with their crisp polos and logo-laden bags, rubbing shoulders with haute couture names that usually live behind doormen and champagne - oh, how the mighty have fallen! Add a chuckling emoji here!
You can go from Adidas to Armani in the span of a few steps, and if you squint just right, it feels like a fever dream of fashion -- one part Paris runway, one part mall parking lot. The selection of vendors are many. So many stores littered about without any plans - it's where hot dogs and sponge cake intermingles with handbags and jewelry.
Speaking of parking: there's a lot of it - on a quiet weekday morning, makes you think the Pave the Earth Society had won and let the zombie apocalypse begin. But don't be fooled. Come a Saturday afternoon -- or worse, that mysterious witching hour when half the airport decides they "just have time to pop in" -- and those spaces fill like a music festival. Locals, layovers, and luggage-toting maniacs - who use them like bulldozers - all converge for a hit of discounted dopamine.
The outlet itself is designed for Insta-nuts. Sculptures, archways, candy-colored facades, and photo props that practically scream, "Pretend you're in Europe, even though you're technically still at the airport." Ahhh... the life through 6" of metal and glass.
It's part fantasy, part retail battlefield, and if you hang around long enough, you start to notice the rhythm of it all -- the shoppers strutting like runway models, the kids posing in front of fountains, the sky splitting open every few minutes as another jet screams overhead. It's chaos and choreography in perfect balance.
McArthurGlen isn't just a shopping centre; it's a layover for the restless. A place where jet fuel, perfume, and freshly brewed coffee mingle in the air. You won't find nirvana here but you will find last year's stuff priced for the rest of us, yes the 95%. All packed up in logo bags - which will cost you, because it's BC and lord forbid you get a carrying implement without being taxed - and your off with a smile from store staffs - "thank you, come again."
CHEERS!

A good shopping place for locals and visitors. The location is perfect. You can drive there with a lots of parking. It's so closed to the Templeton Sky Train station. If you have a few hours waiting for the freight, this outlet is only one stop away from the airport YVR. There are also some restaurants in the outlet.
The outlet is quite big with many brand name stores. The shops are well stocked and good price.
Please browse their websites for details.
The Christmas decorations had been set up. The lights are pretty at night.
If you don't mind the noise of the planes, it is really interesting for looking the planes passing your head!
