  Es un sitio lleno de outlets. Hay tiendas de muchas marcas todas con grandes descuentos y rebajas. Rebajas muy importantes en la segunda y tercera prenda, etc. Ocupa varias manzanas, hay donde comer y dónde esperar. El aire train te deja enfrente. Hay que visitarlo con tiempo y dinero.

  Excellent customer service and professionalism on Jack & Jones store I would like to update my previous experience with Jack & Jones. I visited the store jack & jones where my return was processed without any issues, fully in line with the official return policy. The staff was professional, respectful, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Leena, who assisted me during the process. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional, and she clearly explained that the information I had previously received at another store on Pacific Centre Jack & Jones was incorrect. Her attitude and customer service made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the way this situation was handled and the genuine apologies I received. Because of this positive resolution, I have withdrawn my complaint with Consumer Protection BC, as the matter was resolved properly. Thank you to the outlet store team for taking responsibility and treating me with respect as a customer. This is how customer service should be done.

  McArthurGlen is a surprisingly decent outlet, packed with solid brands and a layout that briefly tricks you into optimism. At first, it reminded me of Dolphin Mall in Miami, same promise of deals, less tropical confidence. Unfortunately, I met it on Boxing Day, the most chaotic shopping ritual known to mankind. It felt less like retail and more like a prehistoric battlefield: cave men in parkas fighting for discounted jackets as if searching for the sacred fire. Pure Darwinism, but with credit cards. Still, beneath the chaos, there’s value. Good stores, real discounts, and potential...just maybe visit on a normal day, when humans have evolved again.
