  Really good collection of local and designer brands. If you're lucky you can get a really good deal on top brands. Close from the TransLink station as well. Ample parking for both Evo and personal cars as well.

  Peoples jewellers at Richmond outlets. The manager ZARA did NOT let me exchange a ring for my daughter...She hung up the phone on me while I was asking some questions...very unprofessional as a "Manager" .. As a customer..we have freedom to return or exchange....as on their policy .. She makes her own policy ..she should get fired . Very rude and unfriendly... Disgusting behaviour....Feel humiliated... Not welcomed...
