I went into Sunglass hut today to ask if I could get a tiny screw for $300 pair of sunglass I bought from that store and was abruptly told we don't do repairs but I can order you parts on line. I did feel her tone was very sharp with me. I was unbelievably unimpressed. I also asked for a replacement piece for the nose which was given to me on two other occasions from this store but she told me no. I would have paid! I have been taking care of the sunglass for 5 years. Sheesh just dissatisfied.
