  My infant was airlifted out of our small town to UHNBC, 4 hours away, where he could get the support he needed. He ended up being admitted for a full 2 weeks and I only had the clothes on my back. Once he was stable enough I took a taxi to the mall to get spare clothes. I ended up breaking down in lululemon, overwhelmed with the situation, not feeling comfortable 2 months post delivery, stressed that I was taking longer than I wanted to be away from my son. I told the staff member that was helping me why I was crying. Just wanting to show her there was a legitimate reason this girl was sobbing in the middle of her store while she was trying to help find sizes. The staff ended up being a supervisor/manager and told me they wanted to gift me whatever I needed for a new outfit. I was and still am beyond words for what that meant to me. That was a huge act of kindness myself and family will never forget. I lived in their gift for another week before we got to go home (and do often still - with fond memories of where I got those pieces from). I hope this message reaches you and you know how much that meant to me.

  Store was displayed really nicely and the employees were all friendly! Lots of product in tons of colors and sizing. Got into the change room without a wait time and through the checkout line right away.
