  Great selection of shoes and the two girls working were lovely, but the store was absolutely sweltering. I could barely stand to browse, it felt like the heat was blasting full force. I asked both staff members if they could turn it down, but apparently it’s out of their control. Another customer even commented on how hot it was, so it’s clearly not just me. It’s honestly ridiculous that nothing’s being done about it. I ended up leaving without buying anything and went to Mark’s instead, where I could actually shop without sweating.

  Great service! A staff member with short mullet/blue hair was super helpful and quick! We got a pair of red ballet flats! And because of a crooked bow, was given a discount. Overall, super nice experience

  Disappointed as the open sign was on yet the the door was closed shut, just got off my night shift and wanted to go look at some new shoes. Need more 24 hour businesses in this town. Would’ve payed good $$

  I went to return a pair of shoes. I showed them the purchase date and price as I didn't have a receipt. They said they needed my name and Email because it is impossible for me to buy shoes without costumer contact info. I gave them both telling them I didn't give them either. The staff member who seemed to want to help was pushed aside. This new clerk was condescending and wouldn't try scanning the box? Just keep saying with our a receipt it's impossible to help me. Everything leaves an electronic proof of purchase these days. I showed them that proof. More condescending your stupid attitude from the clerk. I was so discussed I walked out leaving to shoes. I returned to shoes.......they stold my money.
