First she didn't like me taking shoes from the tall shelve, she told me to call her for help?! I'm 6.2 tall and have no problem reaching high shelve. I had the puma running shoes with me and she told me to leave it with her until I pay. Those shoes were only one left with my 12 size and why would I leave them so someone else take them, plus I told her that we are buying one more shoes, my wife was choosing it. The lady was following me and looking, she taught that I might run away with shoes?! I have an account with them for long time, me and my family bought a lot of shoes from them. I am buying 2 to 3 shoes per year an average from shoe company. Didn't like the treatment. After we were approached by the manager lady who asked if she can help and she was awesome and helpful, so nice. Because we shopped at Burnaby location since they opened. The lady manager told us that they had a lot of stealings at that location and that is the reason they are closing it. So the young lady was following me because of that?! That is insulting!! We ended up spending 278 dollars store #0753 term#001 Tran #420472 associate 44165 Transaction record 1607. We are loyalty members. Just because the lady manager took us and we paid to her, we bought there, otherwise we would never enter the shoe company again. This was terrible experience and I was insulted there. I'm thinking to find another company and became a loyal customer there.
