  I have been shopping at the Ronsons store for some time now and have purchased several expensive shoes there. Overall, I’ve usually had a great experience. The store is nice, and I’ve always enjoyed browsing and finding good quality shoes. Recently, I went back to the store hoping to find a pair of shoes I had bought during the summer because my friend really liked them. While I was there, I actually saw a beautiful pair of white shoes that I really wanted to buy. When I went to check out, I asked the customer care representative if they offered any birthday discounts. Instead of answering my question directly, she told me that I should come back another day because the sales associate who would be there was “Black.” I didn’t really understand what that meant or why it was relevant to my question. The comment made me feel uncomfortable and confused as a customer. Because of that interaction, my experience that day was not the best. It stayed on my mind for several days, and I finally decided to share my experience today. I had previously enjoyed shopping at this store, but that interaction made me reconsider whether I would return if that’s how customers are treated.

  I had a great experience in the store today. I was shopping for new work shoes and can be very picky, but Kelly (I believe that was her name) was patient, helpful, and really understood what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cashier was training a younger employee, which I didn’t mind at all. When the shoes I chose weren’t available in my size, they helped me place an online order and arranged for them to be shipped to my home since I don’t live nearby. I would definitely return in the future if I need to buy shoes again!

  Great customer care; they actually answer their phone and you can speak to a real person right away! Sasha and Gurleen were a very efficient team and helped return 3 pairs of shoes with very little trouble. If that's how well they treat you returning, you can be sure they're even more attentive when you're buying!

  My favorite shoe store. Good prices-especially during sales. Staff are helpful and if you buy online shipping or pick up is fast. Returns are easy.

  I went to return one pair of shoes because that was not comfortable due to pointed heels at 6th street New Westminster.I just tried walking inside my home But customer service accused that I worn them outside.She argued and cleaned the shoe and said again you know you worn outside. I said I swear to God,If I had ever worn outside. I am very disappointed with her behavior.She was just there to make me accept that shoes were worn outside.Pathetic customer service! Never going back to their store!
