Not all store workers fully aware how store pick up works i.e. they said to wait for “Pick up your order” email which never came even though tracking showed that shoes were already delivered. 2. No “Your order is ready to pick up” message/email is not ok 3. Customer service online required a lot of details to check if my shoes are ready to pick up (order #, name and surname, address, email). I provided all this and it matched, but I think simple check has to be easier. 4. Shoes were dirty (not a problem for a leather shoes, but it’s not nice to receive new but dirty shoes)
