I am so incredibly pleased with Amanda, Mel and the gentleman at the til, (I’m sorry to have forgotten your name!!) at the Woodgrove Mall Lululemon store in Nanaimo.
I live in the interior and rural which doesn’t have me close to a lulu store. After not having a good experience in a Kelowna location I was anxious to visit the Nanaimo location regarding an exchange. Both Amanda and Mel provided me with VIP service, assisting me with every question or concern. I could have hugged them! These employees and this location is a dream ❤️
I’m so incredibly grateful for such an incredible display of costumer service!
Thank you again to the 3 of you incredible people - I will certainly be back!

I brought in a pair of lulu track pants that had separated at the seems. I've shopped at lulu for years, so I couldnt understand how she was unable to pull up my account information. I provided my email and phone number, the same number I've always used when making purchases at lulu, and I've bought from the Nanaimo store before, so... yeah. She offered little help, and no solution. The pants went into the garbage and I spent $300 on a new hoodie and some new jogging pants.
Maybe I was expecting too much to be treated like a valued customer, I felt more like an inconvenience or someone trying to take advantage of the system.
The clothes are generally great, but the experience at the store was sub par. I think ill try online next time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service I received from Bronwyn at Lululemon during the holiday rush. Even with the store buzzing and nonstop activity, she was incredibly knowledgeable, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
She answered every question with confidence and care, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and warmth truly set her apart. Lululemon is incredibly lucky to have her — she is a shining example of exceptional customer service.

I visited the Lululemon store in Nanaimo to return an item I ordered online. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped me was unable to process my return because I did not use my Lululemon account when I placed the order, and the item was marked as final sale.
However, I later contacted Lululemon’s online chat support, and the agent was very helpful. They assisted me with my return and issued an e-gift card instead. I appreciate the support from the online team, even though my in-store experience was disappointing.
