  Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, there was zero greeting. We were left standing there until we had to initiate everything ourselves and tell the staff what we needed. The younger female staff who assisted us came across as extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. There was no effort to communicate properly or provide even the most basic level of service. After we picked up our order, the staff simply started chatting among themselves and completely ignored us. Picking up my new glasses should have been a pleasant and exciting experience, but her attitude completely ruined it. Please train your staff—starting with basic greetings, professionalism, and how to treat customers with respect!

  I went into this store yesterday to see if there was any way to fix the broken nose pad/arm of my Ray Bans that I had purchased from Sunglass Hut 8-9 years ago. Hussain was AMAZING. He not only fixed my sunglasses but was kind and also quick!! THANK YOU Hussain!

  The staff at Willowbrook mall were so kind and nice, that's another reason for Customers to come back! Always a nice experience at this location.

  The lady gang here is amazing. My sunglasses were super broken. Now they are not. 5 stars.
