  Very good selection of shoes. Got 2 pairs for 150$ for my graduation girl. Langley has better sizes. Service was ok. We knew what we wanted. I recommend.

  Lack of customer service just overall. They were talking about another customer i believe, no sense of urgency. Dsw at Willowbrook was way in service and they were quick and efficient.

  Not consistent with their policy in regard to points for shoe donations, which caused us to loose points, and points we never got for multiple donations weekly and monthy. Too much conflicting info from customer service and store location. So now we test fit footwear in stores, then go home and order from Amazon.
