I had to bring the boxes of shoes I wanted check for sizes to the cash and im assuming your floor lead (tall, white, curly brown hair) pointed at me and said put her through......so rude.....i was searching for sizes which wouldve been clear had they been walking around and checking on guests. The brunette and blonde continued talking. The girl who helped me (Pavalli) was also rude. I will not be returning here EVER again, and have taken my business down the street. You think on a black Friday weekend, making sales and providing customer service would be the BARE minimum of working in retail.

Too much conflicting info from customer service and store location. So now we test fit footwear in stores, then go home and order from Amazon.
