  My wife and I were served by Hossein. Hossein was extremely helpful, patient, and good natured during the time we spent in this store. Although I eventually made my purchase at another competitor, it was strictly due to a lower price I found. I would highly recommend dealing with this sales associate if you attend this location. Thank you.

  The manager is the only friendly person that works here, other than that every employee I’ve met on more than one visit has had a snarky attitude for no reason. As the saying goes if you hate your job then quit ! I’m a paying customer with over 15 years of doing business with you guys and I feel like I get treated poorly every time at this location at willowbrook mall. I never have had a problem at the Metrotown, Coquitlam or guilford location and everyone seems to be in a much happier kind mood. The manager helped me replace a set of lens in my ray ban boyfriends and I got the exact color I wanted installed for $84. So I’m pleased with that experience but as for the attitudes it needs addressing by management as it’s not a good look on the company.

  Worst experience ever,,,,,,I bought a pair of costa and the protection plan as well and the girl said you will buy another pair with $50 if in case of any damage to this pair,,,and will keep this pair as well...today visited the store to return that pair as I don't liked and used it,,,,they said it has some scratches which I never see,,,they said we can't fully refund but you can buy another pair in$50,,,,,I said ok and then they didn't give us the old pair,,,,they said that girl misguided me earlier,,,,,,,so they took another 58$and gave us an other pair ,,,,I felt so disappointed with their service

  Horrible expired. They literally scam you here. Lady told me on my pair of Gucci sunglasses that even if the lens is slightly scratched ever, you could return them and get a new one let alone if they are broken and you can continue to do that and just pay the fee for the return. Unfortunately, that was not true. I went with my sunglasses and they denied my return even though the sunglasses cost $400 and I bought the warranty.. I feel scammed. I will never be doing business with them again. I would not recommend anyone else to go here.
