I initially needed to return an item due to sizing, but I really loved the pants. Unfortunately, my size was sold out and I couldn’t even find the product online. Aman went above and beyond to help me track it down in the right size and took the time to make sure the pricing issue was handled fairly. What I appreciated most was how considerate and proactive he was. He documented everything clearly and left notes on the receipt so I wouldn’t have to explain the situation again later. Service like this really stands out. Aman was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. This kind of customer service deserves recognition and encouragement. I’ll definitely be back.

I purchased pants online and went to the store for hemming. What should have been a simple service turned into a frustrating back-and-forth: • I was told they were busy. Fair enough—I agreed to wait. • I was then told verbal consent was required to mark the pants. I agreed and gave consent. • After that, I was told they couldn’t hem under 2 inches due to “store policy.” This was not the experience with the previous purchase same exact item different color almost 10 months prior. This policy was only mentioned after the process had already started, following multiple explanations and delays. At that point, I took my pants and walked out. If there are strict policies, they should be communicated clearly and upfront—not after customers invest time and cooperation. This felt disorganized and poorly handled. Lululemon needs to train staff better on customer communication and consistency. A premium brand should deliver a premium experience, not excuses.
