- KMK MacDec 13, 20251.0Not helpful. Don't be mad at the customer for your lenient policy. Manager Chloe with British accent gave unnecessary pouty lips, long eyelash eye rolls with a side of attitude. Shop somewhere else for friendlier and helpful customer service.

- MBMar BeNov 11, 20255.0Had a really great experience at the DSW in Langley. I had a $20 coupon (after you buy 3 pairs of kids shoes) the coupon had a glitch and had no expiry date. I was in Tsawssen location they said the coupon is not valid without the expiry date. Long story short, Avi and the manger honored the coupon for me and I was able to use it to buy more shoes for my kid. I think that's amazing customer service and will definitely be back!
