  My husband and I visited the store in Willowbrook to buy a pair of jeans, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I had my eye on a specific pair, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in extra long. Micky went above and beyond, she checked online for availability and also brought me three different pairs that were very similar to the one I originally liked. She really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I had great options to try. Because of her effort and attention, I ended up buying three pairs instead of just one! That says everything about the level of service we received. Thank you, Micky, for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

  Went in looking for particular top I saw on website. Emily was fantastic. She found another one I liked as well and went to look for my size which was not on the floor. This reminds me of the Customer Service I was brought up on back in the day. You don’t always see that now Thank You for the Excellent Customer Service Emily

  The Filipino associate was very pleasant and helpful and reserved the item for later pickup. However, another associate, Manpreet (Indian), handled the shirt poorly—placing it under storage boxes and then rubbing it on the counter before handing it to me. When I asked if a fresh item was available, she shrugged and said no. The way the item was handled felt careless. I’m sure the store may choose to defend or justify this behaviour, but I am confident I am not the only customer who has experienced this. I strongly suggest reviewing your in-store camera footage and training select staff before responding.
