  I was in the store last week and AJ handled my issue like a pro. I originally went in planning to buy just one pair, but after chatting with him and hearing his recommendations, I ended up grabbing two. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell me just a genuine, easygoing guy who clearly knows his stuff. He even cracked a few jokes while helping me out, which made the whole experience pretty fun. Great service overall.

  We went in today looking for dress shoes for my almost teenage daughter. She was getting super frustrated and A.K helped us avoid a mother daughter meltdown. He was so helpful and sweet-bringing shoes he thought she would like and then ones that might be more comfortable. My daughter’s demeanour changed and I’m so thankful he helped her find something she loved and will wear. Most thoughtful employee❤️ then he made sure we didn’t have to pay gst and had us fill out those forms. So kind, lovely and deserves an award! Thanks so much!!

  Good inventory but even if missing proper size we got it shipped in 3-4 days. Sales people are helpful.
