The male associate that I dealt with really did his best to help me find a replacement for a product that didn't hold up as well as expected. Not only did he help me find a replacement, he also educated me on the difference between products and why a different product would be better suited for my needs. As a long time Lululemon customer, I can definitely say that this is the best customer service experience I've had in any of their stores over the 15+ years that I have been a lulu customer.
