- TAT AFeb 24, 20251.0Just went in to look for shoes and the manager was yelling at an elderly couple. I was shocked . I watched the entire thing unfold. There’s definitely a way to speak to people in customer service without being aggressive , rude and dismissive. The couple did not have their voices raised , the situation with the coupons may not have been valid but it seemed like the manager was either having a bad day or she has no idea how to be polite and say no without being confrontational . I also was not greeted or helped the entire duration I was in there . I won’t be back .
