  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We were visiting from out of town and had already processed an online return, so we simply stopped in to drop off the item. Instead of basic professionalism, my husband was met with shocking rudeness from the woman at the front desk. She flat-out refused to accept the return, saying she “wouldn’t personally quality it,” and dismissed him while I was still shopping in the store. It was unnecessary, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand why returning an already-approved online order was treated like a personal inconvenience. Do employees lose money over returns? Because that’s how it felt, like we were asking her to do something outrageous instead of her job. We weren’t asking for special treatment just basic customer service and courtesy. Unfortunately, we received neither. Very disappointing experience.

  I had a great experience at this location today. The male associate that I dealt with really did his best to help me find a replacement for a product that didn't hold up as well as expected. Not only did he help me find a replacement, he also educated me on the difference between products and why a different product would be better suited for my needs. As a long time Lululemon customer, I can definitely say that this is the best customer service experience I've had in any of their stores over the 15+ years that I have been a lulu customer. Thank you so much! (I wish I had caught your name to give you better recognition)
