Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    used to love Lululemon and always associated the brand with both quality and customer care. I recently received a pair of Wunder Under High-Rise Tight Full-On Luxtreme 28" leggings as a gift, and they began coming unstitched after limited wear. I contacted their Quality Returns team and provided photos. I was told the item showed “signs of wear and tear” and did not qualify under their Quality Promise. Because I didn’t have a receipt (it was a gift), they would not move forward — and I was advised not to send the item in as it would simply be recycled. I understand companies have policies, but at this price point I expected more thoughtful consideration, especially for what appears to be a stitching issue. The response felt impersonal and dismissive, which was disappointing from a brand that markets durability and quality. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I view the company.

    Nothing would make me happier than for Lululemon to change its image not quality. Inclusivity of different body types as well as abilities are not represented by the company. Buyer beware of promoting the marginalization of people.

    My dad had to exchange some shorts and I had a gift card I’ve been saving for two years, and we both had so much fun in there! I found two beautiful pairs of Align leggings for the price of one pair, and the girls were so helpful with my dad’s exchange. I also picked out a sale pair of leggings for my mom!

    Super disappointing customer service with a clearly defective sweater and brand new purchase. After 1 wear (received item 6 days ago) of a brand new quarter zip sweater, I realized the entire seam on the bottom of the rear has completely unwound. Normally wouldn’t mind, but it’s extremely noticeable when on. I like the sweater, and wanted to replace it, which I was told wasn’t possible, as it’s not in stock anywhere. With only pink or olive green available at the same sale price, my options are: - choose something else or a colour I wouldn’t wear. - pay the extra $70 for the colours in stock - accept the defective product Why can I not be refund? For something that is clearly a factory defect. Why can an order not be placed to get the correct colour? I was told defect returns must be product swap in store only, so either I pay double for what I ordered and want, or I’m forced to choose something I don’t want in order to bring back a defective product and have at least something that isn’t falling apart. There should absolutely be the option to get a gift card or refund to give me some choice in my purchase. I certainly don’t think I should have to eat the cost on poor craftsmanship for Lulu, which I am now. Or is that why it was on sale in the first place? Because it was damaged. I have been a very longtime lulu customer, but will absolutely not be buying anything from them again. Poor quality and 0 customer service or understanding.
