Where do I start? Well it all started a nice Monday afternoon where the weather was pleasant and the nice aroma of cinnamon buns was in the air. Walking down the mall corridor, you always have the pleasant cinnamon buns in the air. Me and my fiancé we went back to American Eagle with black jeans that was defective. Yes, defective you heard me correctly. Now, obviously to know if your pants are defective, you need to wear them first. Usually you take tags off and figure out everything is fine correct? Wrong!!! It all was fine until the fact that it wasn’t. It has a defect with the zipper, Many men know about this sometimes zippers don’t stay up and they gradually slowly zip down and open up completely. Which is quite annoying, So anyway back to me and my fiancé. We went back there and we tried to explain that to these people? the manager I can’t remember her name. I wish I did but yes, the manager was having none of it. She said if we’re not back there with the tag on the pants, she can’t do nothing for us. well, how can I have the tags on if I thought the pants were OK and I wore them until I figured out they weren’t because it’s defective and the zippers comes down. How am I supposed to do that huh? So what I realize is that if you bring pants back with the tags on them, They’re going to try to resell the defective pants back to unsuspecting victim of the public. Because they want the tags on them and they want to resell them even though they’re effective, which is crazy banana stuff, right! So anyways, this is my heads up of giving you guys, do not bring clothes back here if you don’t have the tags on them if you think you need to wear them, wear them with the tags because- guess what American Eagle has a lot of defective stuff!!! And they do not take anything back unless you still have their stickers on them which is crazy you can go to Lululemon with really nice quality clothes and return everything that is wrong without the tags on them and still able to return them. Don’t shop here shop anywhere else do yourself a favor.
