  The manager is very rude. Larger red haired lady. Tried to tell her tax exempt from PST - applies to kids 15 and under - while showing her proof on the government guidelines for BC. Not only did she ignore me entirely, she walked away saying she was right and I was wrong. Incredibly horrible customer service from the manager of the store. Aside from her, the store is nice, and my 5 girls love their products. But if the manager is going to be rude and not honor tax policies, we will take our business elsewhere. If anyone is above her - you may want to consider replacing her with someone who knows local laws and has an ounce of human decency.

  Aerie Kelowna is living proof that brick and mortar stores are so important. This week I purchased bras that I tried on at the store and they fit, when I got home I learned the style was uncomfortable. I called and explained, (they actually answered the phone, it’s not an automated voice) and they graciously said I could exchange them. The exchange was easy and pleasant. I’m so grateful for the kind service.
