This week I purchased bras that I tried on at the store and they fit, when I got home I learned the style was uncomfortable. I called and explained, (they actually answered the phone, it’s not an automated voice) and they graciously said I could exchange them. The exchange was easy and pleasant. I’m so grateful for the kind service.
