  I took my grand nieces shopping for new shoes and boots & Dawn was excellent help with my nieces, she even taught one of my nieces to tie shoes. I give the 5 + star to Dawn! For her excellent customer service. Thank you Dawn!

  My partner bought a pair of shoes here on July 10th and try to return them on September 23rd because they are literally falling apart. He really just wanted to store credit to get another pair of shoes.The shoes are Skechers which were pretty pricey. The shoes have been falling apart for a few weeks now, but we are on the north end of the island and didn't feel like driving 4 or 5 hours to get shoes replaced. My partner was told there was only a 2 months warranty. Too bad so sad. So my takeaway is don't buy Skechers, there are expensive and crappy shoes. Also don't shop at the Shoe Company unless you are willing to risk your shoes falling apart in an unreasonably short time and not being able to return them. I look at it like this. We never shopped at the The Show Company before. We had no expectations one way or the other. But by not stretching the point and giving us the hundred twenty dollar-odd store credit, the company has basically said we don't want your business ever again, because ultimately we won't shop here again. We like being loyal to places that that provide good customer service. So lost opportunity there. They had a chance to lock us in as customers forever. And if I persuade even two or three people not to shop at The Shoe Company, more lost income. See how this works, right? It's not like there are no other shoe stores. Not providing a store credit will cost the company probably a few thousand dollars over the long run. Oh well. Too bad so sad!

  Tried this store after walking out of Walk in Comfort when it became obvious clerk had ZERO interest in helping me find a few pairs of suitable shoes......everything was SO much trouble and there were just SO many problems, etc. etc. Staff here were lovely - helpful and friendly. Found two pairs of shoes from high end brands for less than I was prepared to pay for a single pair. Suggest you start here if you are looking for footwear - this store seems to actually want and appreciate business.

  When you're looking for a deal, look no further. The Shoe Company has you covered! With their already low prices, they have a clearance section, too. Why spend $200 on one pair? You can get 3 pairs for the same price @TheShoeCompany 😎 an if you can't make it in to the store. Just go online, and the shipment is pretty fast! Sometimes you can actually find better deals on their website. Shhh, I didn't tell ya that 😉
