Paid with cash, and she dropped the change on the counter. I asked why she dropped it on the counter like that as it’s quite rude and she replied “well I don’t want to touch your hand!” Perhaps it’s time to find a new job, lady. I’m sorry you’re miserable.

However the door from the mall was locked and the employees were just sitting around inside talking waiting for 6:00 pm to hit. THE SHOE COMPANY- your pathetic
- YSYa Boi SethApr 4, 20225.0Under new management, customer service at the till was great, I believe the assistant manager helped me try and find a specific pair of shoes and looked at a couple other stores when they didnt have them! Store was being rearranged, staff was checking in with customers. Do suggest going in if you're in need of a new pair of shoes.
