    No customer service. The bag i bought online had a stain so i asked if i can get either a new one or a discount atleast. They said “we don’t do that”. For a bag that cost morethan 100 buks, i deserve a better explanation why you wouldn’t give a better customer service towards a stained bag atleast. I just couldn’t believe it. Starbuks coffee has a better customer service. What a shame

    I visited lululemon in October to look for some cute fall pieces, and Alex (one of the leads) was incredible. He helped me find the perfect yoga pants and a scuba waffle sweater, and since I have long legs, he went the extra mile by ordering the longer version of the dance pants for me. Thanks to him, I now have three adorable, comfortable pairs of pants that actually fit, plus a super chic sweater. I was so impressed by how fashion-forward, attentive, and skilled he was at finding pieces tailored to each customer. Thank you so much, Alex, for your warm, professional, and truly effective help!
