Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Took it to this location for exchange and they want to charge me more for replacement of exact same product even with receipt !! Manager was absolutely useless not interested in resolving. Worst customer service ever at this location. Cashiers are rude. If the directors at Lulu ever saw how this location is run they would fire the manager and half the staff. Terrible. Zero stars !!!!

To make matters worse, they promote a “quality promise” that they do not honour — it feels like nothing more than a marketing ploy. This experience has left me with no confidence in their products or their brand, and I will not be purchasing from them again. As a Canadian company, I had expected higher standards and accountability, but that was not the case here. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before buying.
