  Buyer beware my gf bought me a dark nice purple sweater from here it has ruined hundreds of dollars of other clothes by it running in the wash I have washed it by itself because of this and it accidentally ended up in the wash and it just ruined yet another load I git this sweater fir Christmas and it has been washed multiple times I use it as an around the house sweater as it looks vintage it's lost so much color its not even nice anymore I will never buy anything from American eagle ever again they have ruined so many articles of clothing cause of the cheap dye and not setting it properly and there's nothing I can do about it cause it's all down to my word against there's so I will leave a bad review for American eagle and never go back below pics are before when purchased and tonight also my gf just told me tjis is the third maybe 4th time washing it im so angry it ruined alot of clothes tonight

  I couldn't figure out how to email the head office, but I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I had placed an online order for a denim vest, which was on sale, and I had paid over 10 dollars for shipping. When the package arrived, American Eagle had shipped me the wrong item, which was no big deal, as I drove out to this location to show them that the company had sent me the wrong item, which was a black men's XL shirt. When i spoke to one of the workers and the manager, they said "oh i"m sorry and laughed and said did you still want the denim vest?" which I said yes I did as it was ordered as a Christmas gift. They then checked and proceed to tell me "oh its actually sold out online and we don't have one in store.. so did you just want a refund or an exchange? I said I guess refund as they seemed not to care as they did not appear very apologetic. The manager then proceeded to say to me "oh you even paid for shipping, thats too bad..and told me she can only refund me the item, not the shipping, which was a total joke as this location charged me shipping on an item I never even received. I am a regular shopper at this company, and the workers at this store made me utterly annoyed as the workers barely even apologized for the mix-up and wouldn't refund me for shipping when they sent me the wrong item and couldn't even refund me the correct item.

  American Eagles is a really good boutique for both adults and teenagers. The one in Coquitlam is an exceptional location. The customer service there was solid good and I like there selection of jeans.

  I always have good experience here! Every employee is kind and helping! Good management! It’s my favorite store and will go there every time.
