- VFVera FilinkovaOct 7, 20251.0I'll never buy shoes there again! I bought boots, tried them on at the store, they felt good. I wore them once and after weating them for 10 minutes I realized they didn't fit me properly. I came back to return them the next day. The associates refused to accept them since there was some signs of wear. What a scam! Never again!

The assistant manager watched me from the end of the aisle and when I moved to another aisle she stood there on her phone to keep a close eye on me. So insulting to be racially profiled. Never in my life would I think of stealing , especially when I can finically support myself

The store doesn't stand behind their products and wouldn't accept an exchange or refund. Guess I'll have to buy another expensive pair of shoes from somewhere else in 3 months when they inevitably fail if they can't even handle walking...
