  Yhanvi - He was cashier/sales Assoccite. We went to store on sunday trying out different brands and my husband and I were assisted by Yhanvi, he showed us all the options based on what we were looking for. We finally zeroed down to two pairs and left the store that day so we could go think about the best choice. We went back Monday and we met with Yhanvi again, i tried out both options we had loved and finally we made our decision on the Pradas🤩 It was my Bd gift from my husband and was so happy with Yhanvi who made my experiece memorable.

  Smit provided excellent customer service and a top tier experience. I had just come from the Metrotown location at Unit 214, and it was the complete opposite - the staff there were unprofessional and unwilling to help with my exchange. It was a huge relief when Smit and his associate stepped in and handled everything smoothly. They made the whole process easy and stress free. I ended up ordering a pair of custom Oakley Radar EV Path sunglasses, shipped directly to my home and I can’t wait to receive them. 10/10 for Smit at Store #1116. Big contrast compared to my experience at Unit 214.

  Excellent experience shopping from this branch of Sunglasses Hut. We came here twice: first time we bought two RayBans and the second time we visited to get a replacement for the RayBan case. Yhanvi and Smit helped us both times and I have to say they are the nicest, most patient salespeople I have come across. They are extremely knowledgeable and you can see that they both actually enjoy their work. Highly recommend visiting this branch for your purchases in future.

  Not sure if her name was actually Sophia or if she gave me a fake name, but I went to return a pair of sunglasses today, and the first thing she said to me was, did you purchase from this location? I told her no but I didn’t see why that should matter as there’s a Sunglass Hut in every mall. However, she told me I had to go back to the original store to make a return as that was their store's policy. I told her to show me where it states that on my receipt and even pulled up their return policy on their website because there was nothing that supported her statement about same store returns. She wouldn’t budge even after I told her that it would be very inconvenient and unnecessary for me to go back to the other location. Then she inspected the glasses and claimed there were multiple scratches on them and even took pictures to send to her manager who was then refusing the return because of its condition. At that point it felt like she was just grasping at straws. I told her I never wore the glasses and that I had only purchased them a week ago. If there were any scratches on the sunglasses, it would have been there when I first purchased them. Feeling already defeated from the get-go, I called the Robson location from where I purchased and they confirmed that returns can be made at any location and that they’re not sure why she is claiming that it’s a store policy. They suggested I go to the second location in Metrotown by Uniqlo, and so I did, and they accepted my return with no issues. I should have just went to that location to begin with as that associate was very helpful and even noted she would inform her managers about my previous situation. My whole experience with the Sunglass Hut location across from the Nike was sketchy and frustrating as it was my first time ever purchasing from this company and I genuinely thought I would have to keep something I wasn’t fully satisfied with just because an employee wanted to hit their numbers for the day. I’ll be hesitant to purchase anything from Sunglass Hut moving forward because of this one unpleasant employee.

  I got my RayBans and the service was excellent, my review is not against the customer service rep but I would like to suggest having a chair for them, it looks pretty tiring standing the whole day when there aren’t customers. Sunglass Hut should be more consider and human to their employees.
