  It’s really upsetting to see that in a recent animal welfare report, Michael Kors scored 0 out of 100 points for transparency and action on wool sourcing, the lowest of over 100 fashion brands assessed. This report highlights that the brand has no public policy on avoiding practices like live lamb cutting (a painful procedure many lambs endure for wool), and no clear commitment to certified cruelty‑free wool. As someone who cares about ethical, compassionate fashion, I’m disappointed and will be reconsidering future purchases unless there’s meaningful change. I hope Michael Kors will adopt transparent, cruelty‑free sourcing policies so conscious customers can continue to support the brand.

  One of the worker name Priya.. has such terrible attitude as if any customer walked in instead helping them, she just prefer to tell wht to touch or not.. like seriously?? Unless you don’t know that one of your co-workers is already helping. I would never walk in if I will be seeing her. It’s disgusting and disrespectful.

  I had bought a gift from Michael Kors online and realized it didn’t come with a shopping bag or any packaging. I went to buy a bag from a lady named Zahra, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave me a beautiful bag and even extra wrapping papers to make the gift look nicer. Her attitude was warm, polite, and professional. I’m really happy with the experience and highly recommend her.
