  This is a long overdue review for Whitney. We want to sincerely thank her going beyond her role and helped us find our family photos we accidentally left in the store. She could have kept it in the store and waited until we come to pick it up to make her job easy. Instead, she called each customer to make sure that the photos won’t end up being lost. We actually didn’t even know we left the photos there, so if Whitney didn’t call us, we might have had a very difficult time finding them. We really appreciate her kindness. When we went to pick up our photos, she was not in the store. So we wanted to leave a thank you note here :)

  Bravo! Prerna and Whitney did a great job! It was a pleasure working with them on such a difficult shoe purchase - but they did very well! Thank you Adnan for finding me a pair.

  On-line experience: Received the footwear in a timely manner. Because they did not fit, I started a return. The first three tries, it said there was an "error" and to try later. I tried the following day. I started the return, selected the courier option, as I don't live anywhere near a Shoe Co. store (all closed down). I then notice the refund had a $10.00 deduction. What! You are charging me ten dollars to return and on top of that, I have to find a Purolator store to drop off my returned item? Too much hassle. Definitely will not be buying again. It took me a couple of hours out of my day today to return. Not worth buying here.

  I want to share how helpful Supervisor Adnan was. I originally didn’t plan to buy anything — I only wanted to return my shoes I bought online. But he was so patient and professional while helping me that I not only exchanged my shoes, I ended up buying three new pairs — shoes, shoes, shoes! I’m really grateful for his kindness and expertise. I usually go to the Browns location, but from now on I’ll only come to the store of show company of the Mall. I was also surprised to see how professional he was, especially when some of the other female staffs were on their phones while he was the only one really working. He works very hard, and I truly appreciate him.
