  Very disappointing experience. My husband and I came in to buy sunglasses as a birthday gift for my dad. The style we wanted was out of stock, and we were told we could order it or buy the display pair. We left to look elsewhere but returned shortly after to purchase. When we came back, there was a BOGO 50% promotion, so I decided to buy a second pair. We selected another style and asked staff to check if it was in stock. We were clearly told yes. After searching, they couldn’t find it, checked the system again, and then admitted there was no stock at all. At that point, we were again encouraged to buy the display pair, with the explanation that it had only been opened for display about a week ago. Given this was a gift, I wasn’t comfortable paying full price for items that had been handled and displayed. After payment, when we asked for a small bag, the manager on duty said we had to pay 25¢ or the store would “get fined” and that it was “the law.” These are both lies. Because of his attitude and lack of stock in new condition, we decided to return the item within seconds and left. Poor communication and unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend this location.

  I had a really pleasant experience at this Sunglass Hut. The associate was attentive and knowledgeable, gave honest input, and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. I appreciated the relaxed approach and left feeling confident about my purchase. Would definitely return 😊

  I had an excellent experience at this location with Yhanvi. He was incredibly professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I felt respected and well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for sunglasses. Staff are genuinely courteous and helpful.

  Me and my mom went today to buy a Meta as a gift for my brother, and Anusha was absolutely amazing. She took her time to explain all the features and helped us understand the difference between generation one and two since we were not sure which one to get. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind while answering all our questions. We told her we’d come back with my brother later, and we actually did. When we returned a few hours later, she welcomed us again with the same positive energy. My brother also had a great experience, and we left really happy with our purchase. Anusha made the whole experience memorable, she has such great customer service and a genuine attitude. Highly recommend this store and really appreciate the amazing help we received from her.
