  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this Sunglass Hut location. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to understand a very simple issue. I originally purchased a pair of glasses, returned them, and exchanged the value toward Meta Ray-Bans. Later, I changed my mind and went back for a full refund. Instead of processing the refund for the entire amount I had paid, they insisted on giving me only a partial refund for the Meta Ray-Bans and ignored the rest of the money tied to the exchange. I had to explain the situation over and over again, and they still refused to listen. Nathan was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed zero understanding of customer service. His coworker was no better—both acted like they were intentionally making things difficult. I went to another Sunglass Hut in the same mall (Metrotown), hoping someone else could help, but the two employees there were just as unhelpful and insisted on the same incorrect information. At that point it felt like four people had no idea how to do their job. Finally, on another day, I spoke with a fifth employee at this location. While he couldn’t fix it himself, he at least tried to understand the issue. He escalated it to his manager, and thankfully the manager was finally able to solve the problem. But by the time I got home, I was mentally exhausted from days of dealing with this and actually broke down crying. No customer should ever have to go through that just to get a simple refund under a store’s own return policy. This entire experience was unacceptable, stressful, and far below the standard expected from a brand like Sunglass Hut. I will never be buying anything from Sunglass Hut again.

  We visited this store while traveling and Anusha, the store manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made our shopping experience so enjoyable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She showed us several options in different price ranges until we found exactly what we wanted. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend this store to anyone visiting.
