  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to Sirjan. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose the right pair of sunglasses. Sirjan took the time to explain the different styles and made sure I found something that suited me perfectly. Her customer service was excellent and she made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend visiting this store and asking for Sirjan if you need help finding the perfect sunglasses!

  Sirjan was so lovely and helpful. After a not so pleasant encounter with one of her colleagues, I was ready to take business elsewhere but Sirjan stepped in to help and provided exceptional customer service. This location is definitely lucky to have her! She is warm, friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you Sirjan :)

  TLDR; Very small, rude employees. Just go to the other location in the mall. 1. The store is extremely small. It is basically a glorified hallway. I can imagine that you can barely get around when there's a lot of customers. Save yourself the hassle and go to the other one in the mall. 2. We interacted with the employee and told her that I wanted some aviator sunglasses with a metal frame and that I wasn't stuck on any brand. I can't remember if we asked or if she approached us. So she first suggested some luxury brands and I didn't like the oversized plasticky frames on those so then she went over to the Ray-Ban section. She suggested a couple frames and for one reason or another I didn't love them, either they were too square or the shape wasn't great or something similar. So then she tells us "Oh it seems that you don't like the aviator shape maybe you just think that you want one". Doesn't sound that bad here but in person it came across as rude and maybe a bit stuck-up. We left the store shortly after as we weren't happy with the service we received. They didn't know this but I've been to 3 Lens Crafters and 3 Sunglass Huts and other smaller stores before coming here, so I definitely knew that I wanted an aviator. It also felt very pushy like they wanted you to just buy and get out, which lines up given the small size of the store.

  I went into the store to buy a pair of sunglasses for my mom and I and had the best experience. All 3 ladies there were super helpful and sweet: from helping me check stock, checking out, to helping adjust my frames attentively. They even made sure to take my lash extensions into account for the adjustment! ❤️
