  What a great experience. Jaxon was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. He got our kids fitted for ski boots and they couldn’t be happier. He even finished up helping our daughter even though he was off the clock by then and even then he went above and beyond not to make us feel rushed.

  We up visited sporting life at brentwood yesterday and were helped by Jaxon. We were looking for ski googles poles and ski boots for myself. Jaxon was very approachable,knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time and was interested in where I skied for how long etc. He had a good sense of what boots I should try and had me try out two pairs that may be right for me. The sizing and fit were great from the get go 😀🎿 I would recommend his service

  Thank you to Maricarmen for helping me in store with hunting down the last size of a jacket that I was after. It was sold out everywhere else and she really made the effort of going all over the store, both front end and the back warehouse to find it. She eventually found it tucked away in another section. Even better, the item had even more of a sale than what was advertised!

  I had the best customer service today from Liam regarding a change of skis I chose earlier. He spent so much time and followed through to the transaction and skis being left for bindings mounted. I could not have had a better experience and there was so much knowledge shared with me on the correct skis for me. The cashier and manager were also excellent at the Brentwood location. I will continue to shop here and share my excellent experience today.

She was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful during my visit to Sporting life store in Brentwood She treated me with respect and patience, and she really tried her best to help me find what I needed.
