  Good afternoon I’d like to share my experience. I had at the store sporting life I came in to buy some stuff for my autistic children and I was helped by a very nice employees. One of them was SAMIN and also KATE and they help me look for things for my children and they’re very helpful and very kind and they stayed with me to look at stuff and they’re very informative. They knew a lot about the products. The store was very, very clean and very well organized, and the staff was really friendly also I noticed that the store was very big and lots of product lots of lots of inventory lots of choices and sometimes it may be difficult to make but with the employees there to help it was very nice that Kate and Samin also Kian were there to help with enthusiasm and I was also wanted to mention the manager, which is Corey he was very helpful as well and very kind this is a very good store to shop and explore many options for all your needs the sporty life experience I had, I would highly recommend the store location in Burnaby and the people there are very nice and I would definitely go back there and purchase from the sport life and they have some great sales on right now too so enjoy your holidays and thank you again, sporting life, staff, and all the employees that work there and all the managers.   Wanted to share great experience at Sporting Life today. Went in looking for footwear that would stand up to Vancouver’s fall/winter rain. Kaitlyn was very helpful and it was delightful to chat with her. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit to the store a good experience. She offered me a few different options in Goretex footwear and she was very effective in supporting me through my indecision. So I happily walked out of the store having purchased two pairs of shoes instead of one :) In this era of online purchasing, self-checkouts & reduced customer service, it is refreshing to have in person support and help. It is very much appreciated. Thank you!

  Online order cancelled days after it was placed because item was ‘now’ out of stock. Recently placed an online order for an item I found for a great price. In 2025, if you are running a large online shopping business, your stock should always be accurately reflected online. Selling and charging for an item that is out of archon unacceptable. I will not be shopping online here again. Many other options out there.

  I came here to buy new ski boots, and Max who works here is absolutely amazing and so professional! He was incredibly patient helping me measure my feet and carefully analyzed what kind of boots would suit my foot shape. The first pair he recommended fit so perfectly. I'm so happy to have met such a professional like Max here to help me pick out boots. He really knows everything about ski boots . I totally recommend anyone who's unsure about how to choose boots to come find him!

  Would like to acknowledge the sales associate Helana that helped my husband and I today. She made our experience pleasant by looking for the sizes of jacket that weren't in the front of store, she ensured we got what we were looking for. Sales associate like Halena make the shopping experience easy for customers like me, who absolutely hate having to look for everything.
